Real estate firm Hines, in partnership with AG Real Estate, said it will sell the 48-story, 76,000sqm, Hekla tower following its completion in early 2022.
No financial details were disclosed.
Pedro Antonio Arias, Amundiβs director of real and alternative assets and Laurent FlΓ©chet, CEO of Primonial REIM said: βWith its 48 floors, the HEKLA tower will rise to a height of 220 meters.

French investment manager Amundi and Primonial are buying the asset on behalf of the funds they manage.
