Victoria Square is the largest redevelopment scheme in Belfast City Centre for decades. It was chosen as the best urban regeneration scheme due to its integration with the urban environment and because it was deemed to have the most regenerative impact and overall the most positive impact on the local society.

Paul Sargent, managing director Multi Development UK, said: 'With world-class architecture and a mix of new and exciting retailers, Victoria Square has put Belfast on the map as a true European shopping destination.'
