Listed CEE logistics developer VGP has completed the acquisition of a plot of land in the Estonian capital Tallinn.
The 110,000 m2 plot will enable VGP to build some 50.000 m2 of semi-industrial real estate on a site located next to the highway from Tallinn towards St Petersburg, the company said.
VGP has held discussions with potential tenants and the first lease agreement for the development has already been signed.
Work on the first building in the development, which will total 21,600 m2, is set to begin imminently.
No purchase price for the plot was disclosed.
