Union Investment Real Estate has selected Cushman & Wakefield to manage the Kinetik office property located in Boulogne Billancourt to the west of Paris.
Kinetik boasts dual environmental certification (BBC and BREEAM) and provides 14,370 m2 of office space, 650 m2 of retail accommodation and 800 m2 of restaurants.
The scheme is expected to be delivered in January 2014.
'This mandate reinforces the positioning of C&W on latest generation assets,' said Stéphane Bureau, managing director of property & asset management at C&W. The department currently has 2.4 million m2 of assets under management.
