Tishman Speyer and Capgemini have signed a lease for the entire 14.750 m2 Seine Etoile project located in Suresnes, within the Western Business District of Paris. The lease represents one of the largest leases to be signed in Paris this year.

Seine Etoile is part of the former Dassault Systemes headquarters complex located on the river Seine. Tishman Speyer acquired two adjacent buildings with a short-term lease to Dassault, which vacated the properties in late 2008. The buildings have since been undergoing a renovation and repositioning programme by Tishman Speyer.

Seine Etoile will be completed during the summer of 2009, allowing Capgemini to take occupancy in the fall. Capgemini will be relocating staff currently based in La Defense. The location, the transport accessibility and the flexibility provided by the building were crucial in the choice of the building.

Tishman Speyer was advised by Atis Real and Capgemini by Actior.
