The Swedish region of Gotland and Gotlandshem has appointed PwC to to sell 17 care properties.
The assets are located on Gotland, the largest island in Sweden.
The majority of the properties are located in the largest city; Visby, but also in Slite, Hemse and Klintehamn. The local authority is the main tenant, with a smaller number leased to private tenants.
The Region of Gotland intends to sign long-term lease agreements of 10-20 years with the new owner or owners.
