Starwood Capital is reportedly closing in on a deal to acquire 100% occupied Diagonal 177 in Barcelona.
Spanish reports suggest the price tag is 鈧�120 ml for the 52,038 m2 asset which Hines bought in 2018 for 鈧�90 mln.
Tenants include Mediapro Group, Pompeu Fabra University, Merkle and Dentsu, a Japanese advertising agency.
Hines announced it had achieved full occupancy in September last year advised by CBRE.
In 2018 it acquired the office for the Hines European Value Fund (HEVF) in what was the third acquisition for the vehicle.
The building is known as Mediacomplex. At the time, the US firm said it was confident of the long -term attraction, resilience, and diversity of the Barcelona office market.
