UK regeneration specialist St. Modwen Properties has raised 拢80 mln (EUR 100 mln ) by issuing its first retail bond. The 6.25% Sterling Bonds are due on 2019.
Bill Oliver, CEO of St. Modwen, said: 'We believe that the positive response from investors demonstrates the strengths of St. Modwen and its consistent income generation. We are delighted to have successfully accessed a new source of finance and diversified our debt financing profile.'
