Broker DTZ Zadelhoff has announced that Somerset Real Estate has leased 10,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of production space to Sprague Magnetics Europe at a property in the Dutch town of Wijchen.
Broker DTZ Zadelhoff has announced that Somerset Real Estate has leased 10,000 m2 of production space to Sprague Magnetics Europe at a property in the Dutch town of Wijchen.
Sprague Magnetics is a global producer of magnetic tapestreamers for video and computer storage devices. The company has signed a seven-year lease for the space on the second floor of Bijsterhuizen 2514 in Wijchen. About 8,00 m2 of warehouse and office space has yet to be let.
The complex totalling 21,500 m2 was built in 200/1 by Somerset in cooperation with Tatung, a producer of consumer electronics.
DTZ Zadelhoff acted for Somerset in the leasing deal.
