‘Today, we are only active in Berlin but our investors would also like exposure to other German cities, so we are looking at how to provide that,’ Skjerven said. The group will consider Germany’s ‘Big 6’ as well as secondary locations, he said.
The group is actively looking at investment opportunities, Skjerven said, and hopes to close a deal before the year-end. It is also willing to consider club deals with an investment volume of €500 mln or even higher, he added.
