The project involves construction of a 260-cell housing block and a two-storey activities building, as well as the expansion and renovation of existing buildings and construction of two-five-a-side soccer fields. Skanska is also undertaking the structural, civil design, mechanical and electrical management and installation for the new building.

Skanska was also responsible for the design and construction of the existing 800-place prison, completed in 2001.
