Silverton Financial Advisors has added to its Spanish team with the appointment of Pablo Merino Villanueva as partner, with immediate effect.
As a partner of Silverton, the 43-year old manager will take over responsibility for sourcing and consultancy services for Silverton clients in terms of both loans as well as commercial and residential properties. He will also be responsible for management of the loan and property portfolio.
Before joining Silverton, he was head of acquisitions and asset management at Anglia Investments, where he was responsible for transaction management and organising the capital structure and implementation of high-end real estate transactions. At other stages in his professional career he has also worked for Banco Santander, ING REIM Southern Europe and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Silverton's consultancy services in Spain are focussed on providing integrated support for investors not having their own representation in the Iberian Peninsula.
