Energy giant Shell has hired CBRE for the acquisition of properties to aid the expansion of its petrol station network in Poland.

CBRE received the mandate on 1 November 2013. The companies cooperate together in over 15 countries in EMEA, including Poland. CBRE has supported Shell over last four years with portfolio management, the sale of properties and cooperation with external partners.

'Poland is a key market for Shell in the expansion of its petrol stations. The acquisition of Neste Polska is a testimony of this as well as the company’s organic growth through the development of Shell’s new gas stations,' said Aleksander Nowak, CEE director of property management at Shell.
