French SIIC SFL has sold an office building at 5 Rue Alfred De Vigny in Paris' eighth arrondissement to Invesco Real Estate for EUR 28 mln, excluding costs. The property is earmarked for Invesco's Südeuropa fund.

Renovated in 2007, the building comprises around 2,700 m2 of office space and 12 underground parking spaces. It is entirely let to Artois Audit.

The seller was advised by Atis Real Auguste-Thouard, Ad Valorem and Oudot & Associés Notaires. The buyer was advised by Constructa Asset Management.

The sale follows closely on SFL's disposal last week of an office building located on Paris' famous Boulevard Haussmann for EUR 27 mln, excluding taxes. The scheme, located in the eighth district of the French capital, offers 2,800 m2 of retail and office space.
