Property adviser Savills has appointed William Gould as director of its retail investment team in Milan. Gould joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he was a partner in Milan and worked for 10 years in retail investment. At Cushman & Wakefield he was involved in the successful conclusion of over EUR 2 bn of retail transactions.

Savills also announced that Paolo Cavini joins as senior consultant of its agency and investment team in Rome. He previously worked for AIG Lincoln where he was project development manager and retail leasing manager. He has 11 years experience in sales transactions in the office, industrial and retail sectors.
