Skanska has appointed real estate advisor Savills to manage their office building Malta House in Pozna帽, Poland.
The scheme is a modern, class A property comprising 14,700 m2 and is located by Malta Lake on Abpa Antoniego Baraniaka Street, an attractive recreational area in Pozna帽.
The property has LEED Platinum pre-certification and applies innovative technologies to significantly reduce energy and water consumption.
Savills' office agency team in Poland is responsible for the commercialisation of Malta House and the building is currently 50% let. It has already attracted a number of tenants, including investment company Franklin Templeton Investments, American IT firm Ciber and Skanska鈥檚 Pozna帽 offices.
