Russian builder A Plus Development has purchased a 40,000 m2 former brewery in the Pushkin district of St Petersburg from Sun InBev for an undisclosed amount.
The vendor sold the property after completing a major renovation project to convert the asset into a food production facility, with manufacturer Darnica as one of the main tenants.
Currently, around 70% of the space is leased.
'Redeveloping such a property involves substantial risks, requiring not only a large investment but also a clear understanding of prospective clients’ needs. The success of this project points to the high level of professionalism of the developer,' commented Vladimir Sergunin of Colliers International, which acted for Sun InBev.
