London-based value-add European real estate fund manager Resolution Property has announced the opening of the second phase of its Rosada Fashion Outlet in Roosendaal, the Netherlands.

Phase II adds 8,000 m2 to the existing 23,000 m2 retail asset, which is operated by Stable International. Resolution said that the opening of the extra 45 units generated more than 60.000 of footfall in its first weekend of trading.
'Phase II of Rosada is Resolution’s first major fashion outlet development extension and contributes to the growth of our retail portfolio,' commented Michel Nangia at Resolution Property. 'We are currently in talks with major brands for further lettings. We committed to the extension project ahead of other schemes within the catchment, putting us ahead of the competition.'
Located close to the Belgian border, the centre attracts both Dutch and Belgian shoppers with its close proximity to Rotterdam, Breda and Antwerp. It is currently 80% let with new brands including Adidas, Calvin Klein, Guess, Haribo, Skechers, River Woods Kids and Brax.
Resolution acquired Rosada from CBRE Global Investors back in 2012 for an undisclosed amount.
