Primonial REIM has acquired the headquarters of law firm Taj, part of Deloitte, from funds managed by UBS Global Real Estate for a total of 鈧�48 mln.
Located on Charles-de-Gaulle avenue in Neuilly-sur-Seine, the complex consists of two office buildings completed in 1970 and renovated in 2012. The assets provide a total of 40,000 m2 of space.
