German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has placed a 鈧�500 mln six-year mortgage Pfandbrief with a coupon of 0.2% and 8 basis points spread over midswaps.
The issue was oversubscribed with orders coming in for a total of 鈧�700 mln.
Based on the re-offer price of 99.86%, the Pfandbrief has a yield of 0.22%.
The issue was arranged by a syndicate comprising Commerzbank, DekaBank, NORD/LB, UBS Investment Bank, UniCredit und Bankhaus Lampe.
Earlier this year Pbb placed a mortgage Pfandbrief for a volume of 鈧�750 mln as well as a 鈧�500 mln senior unsecured benchmark bond.
