Pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a 鈧�52 mln loan to finance the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Germany.
The portfolio was acquired by HAIB Hamburgische Investment Beteiligungsgesellschaft, a joint venture between HAIH Hamburgische Investment Holding and a fund for private investors, specialised in warehouse real estate.
The portfolio consists of 10 logistics and business real estate properties in northern and western Germany with a total area of around 164,000 m2. The properties will be managed by Garbe Logistic.
