PointPark Properties (P3) has been mandated by private equity firm NBGI Private Equity to carry out development and leasing management services for the Arad Business Park in Romania.
The industrial park, built on 6.5 ha of land, offers 40,000 m2 of built-up area used by tenants for light industry, logistics and distribution.
'This is the second project in Romania since P3’s entry into the market,' noted Craig Maguire, managing director of P3 Romania. The park currently offers 16,200 m2 of warehouse and office space for immediate use, plus a further 20,000 m2 suitable for Build-To-Suit projects.
NBGI Private Equity is a European private equity and venture capital investment company based in London, UK. The firm was founded in 2000 and manages EUR 900 mln across a number of different funds.
