PointPark Properties (P3), the European logistics and warehouse asset manager and developer, has expanded its French team with the appointment of Patrick Rebel.
PointPark Properties (P3), the European logistics and warehouse asset manager and developer, has expanded its French team with the appointment of Patrick Rebel.
Rebel joins P3 with more than eight years experience in international real estate asset management.
Most recently he oversaw the management of 230,000 m2 of logistics space in France and Eastern Europe as a senior manager for Constructa Asset Management in Paris. Prior to this, he held positions in France and Germany at Deka Immobilien, Foncière Europe Logistique and BNP Paribas.
He has a Masters degree in Real Estate from the Paris Dauphine University.
P3 first opened an office in France in 2010 and the country has since grown to become P3’s largest market in terms of leasing activity, accounting for 33% (in m2) of all deals signed in 2012.
