Amsterdam-listed property investor NSI has extended its EUR 122 mln credit facility with ABN Amro bank to July 2016. The facility was due to expire in 2013.

The deal means NSI has covered 47% of its refinancing needs for 2013.

NSI's CFO Daniel van Dongen said: 'Refinancing loans well ahead of their expiry is a key priority for us. In 2012 we succeeded in refinancing nearly 56% of our outstanding Dutch debt, or EUR 471 mln of a total EUR 847 mln - a clear sign of confidence and support from NSI’s financial partners.'

NSI is a closed-end investor in office and retail property with assets under management of around EUR 2.2 bn.
