Property advisory group Newsec and investment bank SEB Enskilda have been appointed as advisors for the sale of the assets controlled by a BPT Secura real estate fund in the Baltic region.
The vehicle, which has a value-add strategy in the three Baltic countries, owns a portfolio consisting of 10 retail, office and logistics properties, providing a combined 100,000 m2 in prime locations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The fund's gross property value amounts to EUR 126 mln.
The mandate was signed during the Mipim trade fair held in Cannes last week.
SEB and Newsec said the targeted marketing of the property portfolio will start in the first half of 2012, with a view to be completed within the next year.
