UK REIT NewRiver Retail has confirmed it is in talks to acquire a shopping centre in London for around 拢120 mln (鈧�153 mln).
The Broadway shopping centre and Broadway Square in Bexleyheath town centre provide a total of 48,000 m2 of predominantly retail and leisure space in the London Borough of Bexley. The owner of the assets is LaSalle Investment Management.
NewRiver Retail said talks are at an advanced stage to acquire the assets for around 拢120 mln, subject to negotiations. 'Negotiations are ongoing with the vendors, but there can be no certainty that an acquisition will be completed,' the company added.
