Spanish retail outlet specialist Neinver has been appointed by owner ITG Immobilien Treuhand to operate the newly-opened German Fashion Outlet Halle in Leipzig, Germany.

Phase 1 features 11,700 m2 of gross lettable space over 50 shops with brands such as Nike, Jack Wolfskin, Desigual, Marc O’Polo, Gant and Daniel Hechter.
Phase 2 is expected to bring an additional 8,000 m2 GLA of retail space in about 40 stores. The outlet centre has over 1,800 parking spaces.
'The first outlet centre in central-eastern Germany has great potential for the entire region. We are delighted now to be part of this promising project,' said Carlos González, managing director of Neinver.
