Multi Corporation said on Thursday it has reached agreement with the authorities in the Dutch city of Gouda to redevelop a 18,000 m[sup]2[/sup] site into a shopping complex offering space to both large and smaller retail chains.
Multi Corporation said on Thursday it has reached agreement with the authorities in the Dutch city of Gouda to redevelop a 18,000 m2 site into a shopping complex offering space to both large and smaller retail chains.
Multi said it will draw up a plan for the redevelopment which will be presented at end-2009. The company has already acquired a large number of the existing buildings in the area.
The site to be regenerated forms part of a larger urban renewal project aimed at linking the historic centre of Gouda with the city's main railway station.
