The function was previously held by Fr茅d茅ric Sohet, Montea's Chief Executive, but the company said that the need for a director of finance within the group recently became clear in view of Montea's growth strategy.

Montea focuses on logistics and semi-industrial property in France and Belgium. The firm, which is listed on the Euronext Paris and Brussels stock exchanges, has a portfolio of 337,000 m2 across 27 locations.
