Spanish retail property specialist Neinver has announced plans at the Mapic trade fair in Cannes to develop four new projects totalling 86,000 m2 of gross lettable area.

The developments, located in Spain, Germany, Portugal and The Netherlands, will add to the company's existing 311,600 m2 of gross retail space across Europe.

The Spanish property group said it is joining forces with Dutch developer MAB to develop Amsterdam The Style Outlets, a 18,000 m2 retail destination with 100 stores, plus 1,000 m2 of leisure accommodation.

In Germany, Neinver will build a new retail centre in Werl, in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany. The project - to be constructed jointly with partner MAB - will feature 17,000 m2 of GLA, 100 stores and 1,300 parking spaces.

Neinver already operates the largest outlet centre in Germany, Zweibrücken The Style Outlets.

In Spain, Neinver will erect the Viladecans The Style Outlets, situated 10 minutes from Barcelona’s city centre. The project will house 26,500 m2 of GLA, 135 units and 1,400 parking spaces.

In Portugal's renowned Algarve tourist destination, Neinver has unveiled plans to construct a 23,500 m2 scheme with 120 stores. The Algarve The Style Outlets is Neinver's second project in the country following the development of Vila do Conde The Style Outlets, in the Oporto region, which opened in 2004.

Three of the four projects are expected to be delivered during 2016, whereas the opening of Viladecans The Style Outlets is scheduled for the end of 2015.
