Sonae Sierra and MAB Development have inaugurated their 鈧�120 mln Hofgarten Solingen shopping centre scheme in the German city of Solingen.
The mall opened its doors on Friday to 270,000 potential customers from Solingen and the surrounding area. It provides over 29,000 m2 of GLA on three levels as well as a parking garage with 600 parking spaces.
The Hofgarten Solingen Shopping Centre is a 50/50 joint venture project of Sonae Sierra and MAB Development.
Sonae Sierra is responsible for the management of the centre.
The Portuguese shopping centre specialist manages over 180,000 m2 of retail space in Germany, and owns a total of three malls, Alexa, in Berl铆n, LOOP5, in Weiterstadt and Hoftgarten Solingen, in Solingen.
