London & Stamford Property has financed two recent office acquisitions, Marlow International and Unilever House, with a five-year £62 mln (EUR 80 mln) senior debt facility from DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale and Deutsche Postbank, the company said on Monday.

It signed a preliminary agreement in early July to buy Marlow International from Avestus for £50 mln (EUR 62 mln), excluding costs, in a deal reflecting a net initial yield of 8.9%.

Unilever House, a 17,000 m2 office building at Leatherhead Office Park in Surrey, was purchased in late June for £61.1 mln (EUR 76 mln), reflecting a net initial yield of 6.85%.

Following this financing, these two assets will now offer a combined cash on cash yield of 11.6%, London & Stamford added.
