The 2,260 square feet (210-m2) of office accommodation on the vacant 2nd Floor of Jessica House, has been leased by Mouchel. The refurbished office space will be leased at £14 per square foot on a five-year term.
Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell and Houston Lawrence are joint letting agents.
