La Fran莽aise REM has acquired 22,000 m2 of offices in the Parc club du Mill茅naire business park in Montpellier on behalf of three of its SCPIs investment vehicles.
The assets were bought from listed property firm Soci茅t茅 de la Tour Eiffel for nearly 鈧�41 mln.
Located to the south-east of the city centre, the properties are 95% leased to a number of tenants including the regional healthcare agency ARS, which represents 43% of rents and has a firm nine-year lease.
The properties involve a total of 10 buildings, bringing the number of assets owned by La Fran莽aise in Parc Club du Mill茅naire to 14 out of a total of 33 in the business park.
La Fran莽aise REM manages over 鈧�7 bn of real estate assets and is largely owned by financial group Cr茅dit Mutuel Nord Europe.
