Construction work is scheduled to begin this month on a new grade-A office park in the Polish city of Krakow.
The Orange Office Park in the Klimeckiego district of the city will comprise three buildings offering 25,000 m2 office space and 2,500 m2 of retail facilities.
Foundation work on the project began in March and work on the ground floor is scheduled to commence later this month.
The major investor in the project is the East-West Development Office, a Luxembourg-controlled special purpose vehicle active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Poland.
The new development is one of several that will add to the city’s existing office stock of 600,000 m2. Major developments include the 35,000 m2 Bonkara complex.
