Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed property manager for the White Square Office Centre in Moscow鈥檚 Central Business District.
Owned by O1 Properties, White Square consists of three buildings located next to Belorusskaya Square and rail terminal, and the Church of St Nicolas. The property has a gross leasable area of 76,100 m2.
The property is fully leased to international tenants including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, McKinsey & Co, and Microsoft. It is the biggest Russian office centre and is certified in accordance with BREEAM sustainability standards.
01 Properties purchased the business centre in a corporate transaction valued at $ 1 bn (鈧�774 mln) from a consortium between developer AIG/Lincoln, Russian investment bank VTB Capital and global private investment firm TPG Holdings in March 2013.
