Jones Lang LaSalle has created a new international desk within its Corporate Solutions department to help French companies in their efforts to expand abroad.
The French iDesk will draw on JLL's global platform of information, resources and tools across 70 countries to provide an accessible and local service in France. The desk is intended to be a single point of entry for French corporates as they expand globally, JLL said.
Due to sustained caution across the eurozone, many large French and European companies are accelerating their plans to expand their real estate portfolios into global markets such as Africa, Brazil, China and India.
