Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield have been mandated as co-exclusive leasing agents of the Preo 8 business centre in Moscow.
Preo 8 is a new, class A office building located next to the Preobrazhenskaya ploschad metro station. The 27-storey building provides 117,500 m2 of space, with 85,000 m2 of gross lettable area.
The complex is leased to a number of tenants including construction company Morton Group, bank Russkiy Standart bank and consultant BDO.
Starr International Company, Inc and MontazhSpetsStroy-GSMK are the business centre investors and developers. Sawatzky Property Management provides property management services at the business centre.
'At present almost 50,000 m2 has been already leased, which accounts for 60% of GLA. As we face the fourth quarter of the year, which is also the most active period of the year, we decided to update the project brokerage team to maintain the high leasing rate,' commented Lila Vad, CEO of Starr International Company.
