Jones Lang LaSalle Russia has appointed Tim Millard as regional director and head of its advisory group.
Millard was previously the ex-managing partner of C&W, Russia & CIS and has been working in the Russian real estate market since 2003.
In C&W, Russia & CIS, he set up the company's valuation and development consultancy business lines and ran the team for five years.
As of 2009 he acted as chief operating officer in C&W Moscow Office, then - from 2010 till 2012 - as managing partner for Russia and CIS. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, he was managing director of the local office property group Senator MC.
In his new role at JLL he will lead Strategic Consulting, Valuations and Hotels & Hospitality Group.
