German listed property group IVG Immobilien has handed over 18,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of rental space at its flagship The Squaire development to its main occupier, Deutsche Lufthansa.
German listed property group IVG Immobilien has handed over 18,500 m2 of rental space at its flagship The Squaire development to its main occupier, Deutsche Lufthansa.
Around 1,100 employees of Germany's biggest airline will relocate to the new headquarters at Frankfurt Airport, joining existing tenants, hotel group Hilton and auditing firm KPMG.
The Squaire, IVG's only remaining development project, will provide over 140,000 m2 of space on completion. The scheme is 98%-owned by IVG Immobilien with airport operator Fraport holding the remaining 2% stake.
