Munich-based residential developer Isaria Wohnbau is targeting a sales pipeline of €800 mln over the next five to six years, its CEO Michael Haupt said at Expo Real this week.
‘We have several developments in the pipeline in Munich, most of which are conversions from industrial and office properties,’ he said.
One such project is the Diamalt-Quartier in Munich-Allach, in the northwest of the city, where the developer is converting a former food factory into 458 apartments.
It expects to sell them for a total of around €170 mln when the project is completed in 2017. In addition, it is converting Siemens’ former HQ tower in Obersendling, Munich, into 300 apartments, with a projected sales volume of €150 mln.
