Invesco Real Estate has appointed John German as director of Residential Investments to spearhead the expansion of the firm's residential business in Europe.
German will be based in IRE’s London office.
He joins from Grosvenor where he spent the past eight years as the head of residential strategy and previous to this spent four years with Aberdeen Asset Management as director of residential fund management.
In these roles, he was responsible for raising capital, investing and managing £200 mln in two residential funds that invested in the UK private rented sector on behalf of UK and European institutional investors.
