Inter IKEA has acquired Catella Investments and its operations for an undisclosed amount.
Catella said that 'the change in ownership is logical from a business perspective in view of the fact that Inter IKEA has provided the investment capital for the company over the years'. The acquisition includes the subsidiaries Catella Investments AB, Catella Healthcare Investments AB, Catella Retail Fund Management AB and the Dutch property fund company Equity Estate BV (including Catella Property Fund Management BV).
