Dutch insurance giant Aegon has reportedly acquired its 40,000 m2 headquarters in The Hague from real estate group Unibail-Rodamco for about EUR 120 mln.
Dutch Real estate journal Vastgoedmarkt reported that the transaction comes two years after Aegon signed a new 15-year rental lease with Unibail-Rodamco for 32,000 m2 plus a further lease for another 8,000 m2 at the complex. The annual rental income, Vastgoedmarkt said, comes to over EUR 9 mln.
Unibail-Rodamco and Aegon declined to comment on the reported sale.
