ING Real Estate Finance has provided a bilateral 鈧�37.3 mln term loan to Spanish REIT Axiare Patrimonio Socimi for a portfolio of five logistic warehouses totalling 159,630 m2.
The facility has a term of seven years and reflects a loan to value of 55%, the Dutch bank said in a statement.
The warehouses are all in good logistical locations in Madrid, Guadalajara and Tarragona.
Axiare Patrimonio Socimi went public in July last year raising 鈧�360 mln of capital and last month raised an additional 鈧�395 mln through a capital increase. The company's market cap currenty stands at around 鈧�860 mln.
