Vienna-listed CEE developer Immofinanz has appointed new department heads for its commercial development and finance divisions.
Andreas Thamm is the company’s new head of commercial development. Thamm joins Immofinanz from the Metro Group, where he was most recently responsible for managing the construction and administration areas of the company’s Eastern Europe property division.
In his new role Thamm will oversee real estate development projects in the office, retail and logistics sectors, as well as several special projects.
Immofinanz has also appointed Andrea Sperling-Koch as its new head of finance and accounting. Sperling-Koch joined Immofinanz in 2011 as head of consolidation.
The company’s CEO Eduard Zehetner welcomed the new appointments. ‘With Andreas Thamm, we have gained an experienced real estate specialist with wide-ranging expertise in many of our core countries. His activities will focus, above all, on the growth and expansion of our development business,’ he said.
