Pepijn Morshuis, managing director of IBUS: 'We are delighted with this transaction. The UK property market currently offers good investment opportunities for investors with a longer-term view. Property prices declined by some 50% from their peak in 2007, whereby the first signs of a recovery have been recorded. The short-term risks are manageable due to the quality of our tenants and locations, even if the UK economy were to remain subdued for some time. It is our ambition to do similar transactions with high-quality property in our core markets in Europe and the US in the period to come'.

IBUS was established in 1992 by Onno Husken, the former CEO of Wereldhave and Kempen & Co. After a brief period of advisory activities for a number of regulatory bodies and institutional investors, the first real estate funds were offered from 1994 onwards.
