The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. German fund manager KanAm was the vendor of the assets.
Both properties were built in 2001 and are located in the heart of Seestern, an established business district of western Düsseldorf.
The Cubus office building, comprising 16,800 m2 of offices over 12 levels, is constructed as a glass cube with four glazed facades and an atrium. The Innside by Melia Hotel has 126 modern rooms.
