HPM takes over management of Cordea Savills portfolio

HIH Property Management said on Friday that it is taking over the management of part of Cordea Savills German Retail Fund's portfolio.

HIH Property Management said on Friday that it is taking over the management of part of Cordea Savills German Retail Fund's portfolio.

The portfolio comprises five multi and single-let commercial assets located in Schleswig-Holstein, North Rhine-Westphalia, Bavaria and Baden- W眉rttemberg. They offer a total of 47,600 m² of space.

HIH said the management contract is for two years starting in January 2012.
