Real estate investment firms AEW and Akron Group have awarded the asset management of the Rembrandt portfolios in the Netherlands to Horizon Investment Management.

Real estate investment firms AEW and Akron Group have awarded the asset management of the Rembrandt portfolios in the Netherlands to Horizon Investment Management.

The portfolios include 19 office, industrial and retail assets totalling 148,000 m² with a target annual revenue of EUR 18.5 mln and will be managed by Horizon's local team based in Amsterdam.
